Highest Selling Home - The highest selling home in El Dorado Hills for June 2015 was this beautiful custom in the Ridgeview area on Montridge Way. It was built in 2003 on 5.2 acres with approximately 6,491 square feet, 5-6 bedrooms and 5 baths (4 full baths and one half bath). It was equisite and had everything you can imagine including Folsom Lake views by day and a lovely city light view across the Sacramento Valley views at night.  On top of the upscale interior amentities it also included a 6-car garage, a bonus room, wine cellar, pool & spa, a firepit, and an outdoor kitchen.  Homes in the Ridgeview area have no Mello Roos and no HOA dues.  It sold in just 18 days for $1,650,000 which equates to roughly $254 per square foot.  What would this home have cost in the Bay area where home prices are at least double ours?!!!

Lowest Selling Home - The lowest selling home in El Dorado Hills for June 2015 was this Serrano single story on Bellegrove Way.  It was built in one of Serrano's first villages in 1998 on approximately .118 acres with 1,530 square feet, 3 bedrooms and 2 baths.  It had foothill views from the front and backed to a greenbelt. It sold in just 5 days!  It sold for $383,150 which equates to $250.42 per square foot.
