Highest Selling Home - The highest selling home in El Dorado Hills for July was this incredible French County home in the Sterlingshire at 2191 Loch Way.  It was built in 1998 on approximately 1.3 acres with 5654 square feet, 5-6 bedrooms and 6.5 baths.  It was built for entertainment with a built-in pool and spa, covered outdoor kitchen, fire pit, home theater, and a bonus room!  The kitchen was updated with high end appliances and granite counters. The roof was replaced in 2013 and on top of it all, it has photovoltaic solar to keep energy costs down.   It was only on the market 14 days and sold over list price for $1,300,000 which is $229.93 per square foot.
